providing free knowledge about Adivasis of Chotanagpur to every person in the
world. Meeting this goal through the maintenance, development and distribution
of free
content, Tribalzone relies on public donations to run its projects.

- Tribalzone
is not a registered non-profit organisation registered
under the Indian Societies Act.
- The
goods will be used solely for the care of the needy.
- The
use of the goods will be related to the purpose of the
activities/programmes mentioned only.
- The
goods will not be transferred by Tribalzone in exchange of money,
property or other services.
- Donations
will be used by Tribalzone to operate its office or will be
distributed directly to those in need, free of charge. The donations
will not be used for fundraisers, raffles or auctions; given to
volunteers or staff members; or sold in reatail stores, flea market or
in any other manner.
- Tribalzone
agrees to provide complete substantiation of its distribution of all
product donations to the donors through individual emails and the bimonthly eNewsletter on
the website. In addition, Tribalzone will maintain adequate books and
records of these donations as required by applicable regulations and
to make such records available on request.
