Career Guidance Program

We take keen interest in guiding Adivasi students for higher studies. We collaborate with institutes/organisations to organize career awareness, guidance and counseling programs for Adivasi students. We have helped shape careers for many Adivasi students. 

CGP is a Dr. Bipin Jojo initiative and was started in 2003. We organise a week long Career Guidance Program at Navjagriti, Kalunga, Rourkela. It’s a 5 days intensive workshop where adivasi students discover their strengths and are able to make informed choices. This program is conducted 4 times a year.

The CGP is conducted at Navjagriti, Kalunga. The SVD owned facility has all modern amenities to hold residential meetings, seminars and conferences.

Adivasi Students are usually charged Rs. 50/- for registration and Rs. 100/- per day for lodging and food  

Program Description: Residential 16 hrs/day intensive workshop on skill development, self & career awareness, goal setting and counseling.

Program Objective: Participants will be able to discover their hidden skills and talent; learn and improve new skills;  think, analyse, memorize and learn faster; choose & decide from favourable career options.

Medium of Instruction: English/Hindi/Sadri

Venue: Navjagriti Kalunga, Rourkela.

Duration: 5 Days Residential
